However, the CENTRAL BANK continued to be talked about because of the changing presidents, the assistants and the dismissed members. Rumors spreaded even more when the CHP leader Mr. Kemal visited the bank. We were seeing moves that we weren’t really used to.

Central Bank Vice Presidents Prof. Dr. Semih Tumen and Dr. Uğur Namık Küçük and PPK Member Prof. Dr. Abdullah Yavaş’s dismissal brought the question “WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE CENTER?” After Erdogan was elected in 2002, he went through many struggles. Now we don’t have a chance to go back and list them all. One of the important points of all the CONFLICT was the management of the CENTER. In the final analysis, the most important things were in separate hands. Many economists explained this with the thesis that “CENTRAL BANKS SHOULD BE INDEPENDENT”. On the other hand, there was a leader who came with the ELECTION and won every election he entered.

<ins class="adsbygoogle"
     style="display:block; text-align:center;"
     data-ad-layout="in-article"
     data-ad-format="fluid"
     data-ad-client="ca-pub-8052133319358801"
     data-ad-slot="8202041300"></ins>

Erdogan, who WANTED and received VOTES and wanted to continue to receive it, saw another way…

It wasn’t even a secret.

In a speech he made about the economy in Istanbul in January, he said, “I need investment, employment, production, export. If these four topics do not exist, nothing will happen, we need these to be proud. The real job is to bring inflation down by lowering interest rates.”

In this direction, the Center wanted to accelerate its RETURN TO INVESTMENT by lowering the price of MONEY.

I’ve read all the economists. I also took notes. The debate is really big. But why was ERDOĞAN taking risks? Wouldn’t it be much easier if he didn’t?

He would have wiped out the crackling noises if he had agreed with the general assessments! But he was doing the opposite. In the final analysis, he was the one who would stand before the nation and ask for a vote.

He was moving forward on his way.

According to some economists, Erdogan was acting on a theory developed by Irving Fisher. According to this theory, there was a direct correlation, not an inverse, between inflation and interest rates… This is how the legendary name of the 1930s looked at the economy. He evaluated the triad of nominal interest, real interest and inflation from a different perspective.

<ins class="adsbygoogle"
     style="display:block; text-align:center;"
     data-ad-layout="in-article"
     data-ad-format="fluid"
     data-ad-client="ca-pub-8052133319358801"
     data-ad-slot="8202041300"></ins>

As of the end of September, looking at the world, a really interesting picture was seen!

In the days when the Central Bank reduced the interest rates by 100 basis points, TURKEY was the 10th in the WORLD in high interest rates and was the champion in Europe!

The list in the INTEREST ranking was as follows: Venezuela was at the top with 54.06 percent. Zimbabwe is in second place with 40 percent, followed by Argentina with 38 percent, Yemen with 27 percent, Surinam with 25 percent, Angola with 20 percent, Liberia with 20 percent, Sudan with 19.6 percent and 18 percent, followed by IRAN and TURKEY…

Venezuela, which is struggling with the economic and political crisis, is at the top of the “interest league” today.

A place I’ve been to and that I know. I saw that words fail there! In a way, they are stuck.

The state is not taking any actions.

They don’t have a chance to move.

It is not given anyway.

Imagine that inflation is changing while signing commercial agreements!

<ins class="adsbygoogle"
     style="display:block; text-align:center;"
     data-ad-layout="in-article"
     data-ad-format="fluid"
     data-ad-client="ca-pub-8052133319358801"
     data-ad-slot="8202041300"></ins>

Even one minute matters! Another country struggling with crises like Venezuela is ARGENTINA. They don’t let the President into the stadium! Think about it!

Constant confusion, constant chaos… Crises have taken away all the energy of such a beautiful country. It’s like a ghost now…

There is also the other side of the coin!

For example, even though GAS and OIL prices increased, inflation in the markets reaches 30 percent, INTEREST IN EUROPE is ZERO!

Also, Denmark and Sweden apply NEGATIVE INTEREST, like JAPAN. Switzerland has the lowest policy rate in the world with -0.75 percent. The UK has 0.1, Poland 0.1, Israel 0.1, Australia 0.1, Singapore 0.22 and the United States 0.25. China is 3.85 percent.

I think the Central Bank was saying this!

Gas, oil and food are also expensive in Europe! Prices increased like never before. However, because they see this as temporary, they do not bring the INTEREST card to the table. They expect us to do the opposite. Why should we bow down to this…

President Erdogan persistently put this card on the field. According to the opposition, things will get worse.

According to many economists, this is the case. I follow what’s going on because of my job. No one cuts the branch they are sitting on.

In a chaotic time brought by the pandemic, never…

President ERDOĞAN has won all of his struggles so far. Even though he went through tough times, he won and looked forward… I think he’s getting ready for the final and biggest game.

<ins class="adsbygoogle"
     style="display:block; text-align:center;"
     data-ad-layout="in-article"
     data-ad-format="fluid"
     data-ad-client="ca-pub-8052133319358801"
     data-ad-slot="8202041300"></ins>

I’ve seen cases where they called “he can’t get out of here” and he did. There are many cases where he misled everyone. He keeps doing what he believes while some people are waiting for him to fall… This is not an easy move… President Erdogan wants to end the match before 2023. If the goal is scored, the opposition ends.

Elections will go no further than a formality.
