The news had not yet reached the agencies. I froze. I tried to understand what was behind the attack. Why now? What has changed that they attack in the winter and under such difficult circumstances? What is their purpose?<\/p>\n<p>Many questions went through my mind, such as &#8216;To whom is the message sent?&#8217; I started thinking about many issues at once. I scanned the entire area from HAMAS to GAZA, from Israel to the Pacific! &#8220;Is there any extraordinary development?&#8221; I researched. Every idea was passing through my mind at the speed of light. I thought, &#8220;Is there a global earthquake that is reflected on us through TERROR?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I tried for a long time. Before we even understood the attack on FRIDAY, the second upsetting news came from that region. Again, we had 6 martyrs. Even though our soldiers responded immediately, there was a conflict and we lost 12 martyrs. PKK also had to escape with heavy damage. Years ago, I saw a US soldier in a wheelchair in Washington! He was dressed in cleanly ironed uniforms and although his body was severely damaged, he was being brought to dinner by his family at POTOMAC RIVER. I saw that his family and everyone there approached him with respect.<\/p>\n<p>He was not a high-ranking soldier. After IRAQ, he could not live on his own. BOTH HIS FAMILY, CITIZENS AND THE STATE WERE PROTECTING HIM. It was obvious. Those pushing the wheelchair were women&#8230; They were all well-dressed and beautiful. It was as if they were living their lives with their wives, sons and brothers. There was an atmosphere as if the PRESIDENT of the USA had arrived. I watched for a long time! Both to the family, to the soldier who lost a significant part of his body, and to those around him&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>In our case, the situation was a bit interesting! The country that does not broadcast FOOTBALL would talk about FOOTBALL on Sunday. Everyone was ordering meals, meals were being arranged, alcohol was being consumed, they were rushing to the stadium, coming together, singing anthems and shouting slogans. The streets were full of people wearing colors that showed their STANCE and the place they occupied in life. People were either YELLOW-DARK BLUE or YELLOW-RED. Preparations started on Friday! At 19:00 on Sunday, &#8220;life&#8221; would stop. And so it did!<\/p>\n<p>Turkiye was ready for the DERBY! Nobody wanted to talk about anything else. The whole organization was arranged for a 1.5-2 hour escape. A huge crowd had formatted itself and was focused on DERBY&#8230; Those who know, know! I am not a social media user. I&#8217;m not there. It&#8217;s not really my thing. I&#8217;m not against it. I wouldn&#8217;t ignore its benefits either.<\/p>\n<p>While the news of martyrs was coming to the news agencies one after another, and the mothers and fathers were once again destroyed in the ruined houses with the upsetting news, the masses did not care to look back. We were giving 12 martyrs! Our 12 children were fighting and falling martyrs under 2 meters of snow so that we could &#8220;go to the match&#8221;, &#8220;so that we could drink coffee with pleasure&#8221;, &#8220;so that we could swear loudly&#8221;, &#8220;so that we could be in peace in our homes and schools&#8221;, &#8220;so that we could sleep in our warm beds in our rooms&#8221;. Maybe none of them had been able to watch a DERBY. Maybe none of them had been able to go to a restaurant and have a meal which they could pay after. They were challenging death. So, what were we doing while our brave young men of Anatolia were becoming martyrs at a young age for us? We were praising the Fenerbahce-Galatasaray derby on social media and writing more and more&#8230; We were listing them with the clich\u00e9 and title of THINGS ON THE SPORTS AGENDA or THINGS ON THE FOOTBALL AGENDA! We were sending thousands of messages! WHAT WAS COMING UP? We were continuing to live in our VIRTUAL WORLD with another 12!
