This worries the leaders of Makkah, what will everyone have to say when they come to know people are following a way different form their forefathers? they discuss in Darun Nadwa, they have to take action and put an end to Islam, they decide to approach Abu Talib, the uncle of Muhammed (PBUH) to speak to his nephew.<\/h4>\n

They even dare to ask him to hand over Muhammed (PBUH) to them, well, what was it that Abu Talib choose?<\/h4>\n

On the flip side, at Darul Arqam, Abdullah bin Mas\u2019ood (R.A) decides that the people of Makkah need to hear the words of Quraan, and so he takes a very bold and brave decision, he goes into the midst of Makkah and recites aloud some words of the revelation. Barely a few words through and he is attacked severely for even daring to say words the leaders of Makkah don\u2019t agree with. <\/h4>\n

Verses are revealed regarding Abu Lahab and his wife who want to cause harm to the Prophet (PBUH), by placing thorns at his door and other ways.<\/h4>\n

As people the numbers of believers grow, so too does the persecution from the Polytheists (the Idol worshippers), and especially Abu Lahab and his wife to the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH). Muslims seek peace and go into the valleys to pray Salaah in safety, so were they able to pray peacefully there atleast?<\/h4>\n

Bilal (R.A) and other slaves who chose Islam are taken and persecuted, stoned, hot coals placed on their backs, made to wear iron vests in the heat of Makkah and the list goes on, what will be the result of this extreme torture, will the leaders of Makkah achieve their goal of extinguishing Islam? and making people give up on their belief through all the punishments?
