At the beginning of November, CHP leader Kemal K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu sent a CANAL ISTANBUL letter to the embassies in ANKARA. He expressed his concerns.<\/p>\n
\u201cDO NOT SUPPORT THIS PROJECT,\u201d he said. K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu said, in his letter, “The climate crisis is a common problem of the whole world. A project that will heavily affect the world, which is going through the climate crisis, is on Turkey’s agenda today. The ‘Canal Istanbul Project’ is of such a nature that it will harm not only Turkey but the whole world by upsetting the ecological system.”<\/p>\n
