In this episode of Journey with the Birds, Dervish Yunus goes home with Dervish Atıf to bury his deceased father. He learns from his brother that his father has a will. His father wanted to be buried in one sock. However, it is not something that can be a will. Yunus and his brother cannot convince the Hodja. They go to the qadi and cannot convince the qadi.

When there is nothing left to do, a friend of his father brings a letter from their father. When they read the letter, they realize that their father wanted to tell them that the worldly life is deceitful and empty. Meanwhile, the traveler found Doctor Serafeddin.
