Azan was being recited when we came across. I said:

-Let me take you to the Mosque. It’s Friday, you know.
He said:
-And you know that I don’t go to the Mosque.
-I know but, I really wonder why.
-I don’t know, he said.
I get worried about my pants looking disarray.
I started to laugh, unwillingly.

-You must be joking, I said. How can you leave the Mosque because of that?

He said:
-I’m serious. You know that I care about my clothes and love green.

I knew that he would choose his clothes from different tones of green and he would always iron them.

I said:
-Alright then. Have you ever been to Mosque?
-I have for a few times with my grandfather, when I was a child. And I wasn’t worried about my clothes at that age.
But I don’t think I can go to the Mosque anymore.
His words really shocked me and I was sorry for bringing up the subject. We shook hands and then I left.

They told me that he was in the Mosque after 2 months from our talk. I went there right away.

He was in the front of line, and had green on him.
I approached and whispered:

-You weren’t going to come to the Mosque?
He didn’t answer. Because he was laying inside of a coffin, on coffin rest, with a green cover on it.

The Blessed Room

What was it that makes the place you see in this video so special?

The person who lies in it, sent to an uncivilized barbaric nation, who would sell their wives and daughters for paltry gains, bury their daughters alive because they were a disgrace to them, cheat people, and other crimes, The Person of this room, in a span of 23 years , with divine help, turned this nation into almost angelic humans, getting qualities of such devotion and selflessness, choosing to give the water to the one next to him who needs it, even though it meant them losing their own life.

Such was the importance and reverence he was shown that when he would make ablution, the water would not be allowed to fall without his companions reaching for it, his hair would not be cut, without his companions fighting over it, no word would leave his mouth but that his companions listened attentively to every word and carried out his every verbal and non verbal command.

His physical room barely had space for two people but his heart and efforts encompassed all, humans, animals, Jinn and all living creatures. A man with so much mercy in his heart and so loved that even animals would complain to him if his master mistreated it, and he would comfort the animal and rebuke the owner of the animal. Even the tree would not stop crying when this blessed man left from it and moved to a new spot.

Known as Al Ameen- The trustworthy, never uttering a lie from young. The most honest worker, caring father, loving and patient husband, caring for orphans, widows and those in need, most tolerant and talented teacher, mercy to all – Muhammad, The last and final Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)

This was his care for the physical well being, so what do you think of his concern for something which is far greater many times, that is, the spiritual well being: The state which will continue even after physical bodies have long decomposed? Such was his concern that Allah All Mighty Himself consoled His Prophet in the Quran in this regard.
He was given a message to preach to the world which he tirelessly strove for, the message to believe in One Diety – Allah, alone. To be His slave, and not the slave of those who can neither harm nor benefit, and not the slaves of desires. To strive to please Him and thereafter reap rewards for the effort, not just in this world, but much more in the life to come which will last forever, where everyone will receive the recompense for their actions, good or/and bad, accordingly, with utmost justice from the One and Only Creator.
The message that there is no racism, rather everyone is equal in the eyes of Allah, and thereafter superiority is given not according to one’s status in society or one’s financial position, but according to one’s good actions and cleanliness of one’s heart after believing in Allah.

The message to give alms, speak the truth, observe chastity, honor the promises and covenants and not to commit breach of trust.
When a person who never lied came with these messages, a message which makes slaves and masters equal, which reprimands deceit, fraud and exploiting others, it was a long awaited hope for the oppressed yet was not liked by those who wanted to oppress, resulting in initially, more of the weaker sectors of society accepting his message. Yet those who were true to themselves could not deny a message of such truth, purity, justice and kindness, sent from The Creator via a man so pure and truthful and kind. And when he would recite the words revealed to him from His Lord, one could barely deny that this is no poetry or magic, as much as they tried to pass these labels to him, but they also knew deep down, that this could only be divine, hence the power of those words he would recite. That is why they would warn people to cover their ears lest their hearts get affected by the divine words he would recite, which would affect the hearts of the those who heard it, and still affects those who hear it till today.

Muhammed (peace and blessings be upon him) – The mercy to the universe.

He never travelled even out of the Arabian peninsula as a Prophet, but his message today has reached all corners of the world. His name is one of the most common names and his followers, all over the world, are ready to die for him. How can a man have such a lasting influence? He is kept alive in the hearts of people, with so many details of his life preserved from 1443 plus years ago till today, and with such precision and care, having so many books preserved by his ardent followers and lovers, just on the words he uttered till today and his blessed actions.

What answer can ther be besides divine protection, after all he is called the best of creation by Allah All Mighty, why would Allah Ta’ala not then preserve him with such great honour till this day so many years after he has left this world.

May Allah Ta’ala’s choicest salutions and greetings be upon him, his blessed family and companions. Aameen


The Prophet Muhammed received Prophethood at the age of 40 where he thereafter began to preach his message, and left this world at the age of most probably 63, hence 23 years.
Narration of Bayhaqi:
Abu-Jahm-bin-Huzaifah, may Allaah be pleased with him, narrates:
“During the battle of Yarmuk, I went out in search of my cousin, who was in the forefront of the fight. I also took some water with me for him. I found him in the very thick of battle in the last throes of death. I advanced to help him with the little water that I had. Soon, however, another sorely wounded soldier beside him gave a groan, and my cousin averted his face and beckoned me to take the water to that person first. I went to this other person with the water. He turned out to be Hishaam bin Abil Aas, may Allaah be pleased with him. Hardly had I reached him, when the groan of yet another person lying not very far off was heard. Hisham, too, motioned me in his direction. Alas, before I could approach him, he had breathed his last. I made all haste back to Hishaam and found him dead as well. Thereupon, I hurried as fast as I could to my cousin, and, lo! in the meantime, he had also joined the other two.”
‘Urwah ibn Mas’ud said to the Quraysh: “O my people! I have seen kings. I have seen Caeser, Chouoes and Negus. But by Allah! I have never seen a king whose companions respect and honor him in the way that the Companions of Muhammad honour Muhammad sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. By Allah! When he spits, the spittle would fall into the hands of one of them, who would then rub his face and skin with it; when he orders them with something, they promptly fulfill it; when he performs wudhu’ (ablution), they vie with each other for the remains of the water; and when they speak in his presence, they lower their voices and do not look directly at his face, due to their respect and honour for him.”{qluetip title=[2]}Related by Al-Bukhari (no. 2731) and Ahmad (3/324)
Narrated/Authority of Aisha (R.A), the wife of the Prophet, “I used to sleep in front of Allah’s Apostle with my legs opposite his Qibla (facing him); and whenever he prostrated, he pushed my feet and I withdrew them and whenever he stood, I stretched them.” ‘Aisha (R.A) added, “In those days there were no lamps in the houses.” Hadith No: 492 – Bukhari.
‘Abdullaah ibn Ja‘far (R.A) narrated: “The Messenger of Allah Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) seated me behind him (on his ride) one day and told me a secret which I shall disclose to no one. It happens that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) preferred to take cover behind a hillock or a thicket of date-palm trees when relieving himself. He once entered a thicket that belonged to a man from the Ansaar when suddenly a camel came towards him weeping tenderly with its eyes welling with tears. (Bahz and ‘Affaan said:) When it saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) it began to groan and its eyes flowed. He (peace and blessings be upon him) patted it on its hump and the base of its head until it quieted down. Then, he, (peace and blessings be upon him) said: ‘Who is the owner of this camel?’ A young man from the Ansaar came and said, ‘It is mine, O Messenger of Allah!’ He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: ‘Do you not fear Allah with regard to this beast which He has placed in your possession? It complained to me that you starve it and put it to toil.’”

Jabir ibn ‘Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to go and stand next to a tree or palm-tree on Fridays. A woman or a man of the Ansar said: “O Messenger of Allah, should we not make for you a Minbar (“pulpit”)?” He said, “If you wish.” So they made a Minbar for him, and when the next Friday came, he was shown to the Minbar. The tree cried like a small child, then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came down and hugged the crying tree until it calmed down.” Jabir said: “It was crying because of the Dhikr (remembrance of Allah) that it used to hear.” (al-Bukhari, 3319).
Jabir b. Abdullah reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying. My example and your example is that of a person who lit the fire and insects and moths began to fall in it and he would be making efforts to take them out, and I am going to hold you back from fire, but you are slipping from my hand. (Sahih Muslim 2285)
Narrated from Abu Nadrah: Someone who heard the khutbah of the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) on the second of the days of at-Tashreeq told me that he said: “O people, verily your Lord is One and your father is one. Verily there is no superiority of an Arab over a non-Arab or of a non-Arab over an Arab, or of a red man over a black man, or of a black man over a red man, except in terms of taqwa(Having consciousness of Allah and righteousness). Have I conveyed the message?” They said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) has conveyed the message. Ahmad (22978)

E=mc² An Islamic formula


What would your reaction be if I told you that Albert Einstein found the formula E = mc² thanks to Islam?

I know it’s a claim that is not easy for some of you to accept. Let’s take a look at this claim together…

First of all, let’s briefly talk about what E = mc² means.

This formula involves mass and energy. In it, the square of the speed of light in a vacuum indicates how much nuclear energy falls per kilogram.

Since this formula is very familiar, it is easy for you to find more information. Let’s get back to our main topic…

Einstein himself stated it in his own books. “I studied physics, chemistry, and mathematics, but I also read all the metaphysical books. I read the Quran, Torah, Bible and Kabbalah. While finding E =mc², I also benefited from these books.”

Mahmud Erol Kılıç, a former ambassador and philosopher, states in his book ‘The Spirit of Anatolia’ that “Albert Einstein discovered the formula E = mc² in esoteric laboratories”.

In 1951, Albert Einstein and the first president of Israel, David Ben Gurion, had a conversation at Einstein’s house. During this conversation, they discussed the history of religions, philosophy, and Ben Gurion asked whether an atomic bomb could be made, and whether an even more powerful bomb could be made. Let me give you an interesting information here: he was an Ottoman citizen.

This picture was taken while Ben Gurion was studying at the Istanbul University Law Department. Later, he was expelled from the Ottoman Empire, as his views were found to be very dangerous. Let’s get back to our topic.

David Ben Gurion asked Einstein, “Do you believe in a Creator? I heard you don’t believe.”   Einstein said, “It is my religion to venerate The One who takes care of everything behind nature and creates everything out of nothing.” “What is God?”, Ben Gurion then asked. Einstein replied that “God is an energy with a mind. It is the transformation of energy into matter and the transformation of matter into energy.”

Now let’s look beneath the surface at this conversation.


Ayatollah Burujardi

Ayatollah Burujardi


This person, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Husayn Burujardi. He is someone who has reached the authority of Mufti. In other words, someone who has the depth of knowledge to issue a Fatwa or Islamic ruling. Ayatollah Burujardi relates, “We corresponded with Albert Einstein.”

So where are these letters? According to a compelling theory, they are said to be kept in a safe in London. For a long time, their contents were not disclosed until Burujardi mentioned them. There are some statements by the former Iranian prime minister, Mehdevi Kani’nin, who passed away in 2014, on this subject, but we will not talk about it here. Those who are curious can search and find Mahdevi’s views on this subject.

In the aforementioned letters, Burujardi quotes Einstein’s statements in this way: “After reading the formula E = mc², a light went on in my head knowing  the story of Prophet Muhammad’s Miraj  – Miraculous Night Journey. When I read the verses about relativity in the Quran, another light came on in my head.”

While the Prophet was traveling from Mecca to Al-Quds (Jerusalem) (Miraj), his blessed body touched a bowl of water and the water began to move.

When the Miraculous Journey ended and Prophet Muhammad returned, the  water in the bowl was still moving. In the letter that Einstein sent to Burujardi, he said, “I found this formula inspired by the Miraj event, the book of Hazrat Ali’s Nehcül Belaga (Imam Ali Buyrugu) and the knowledge of Imam-i Caferi Sadik.”

At this point, I would like to mention the book of Tevhid-i Mufazzal (Belief and Science) by Hadrath Caferi Sadik. His Holiness Caferi Sadik dictated this book to a student named Mufazzal. The book was written to silence those who were claiming “there is no creator” by some people of his time.

This book is written in the same style as Einstein, but dressed in Islamic clothing. He then said, “Go read this book to those who do not believe in the Creator,” and all those who do not believe come to faith after listening and reading.

Let’s get back to our topic…

Hadrath Caferi Sadik had a student, Cabir Bin Hayyan. The Greeks say, “The smallest unit of an element is the atom. However, we learned from the knowledge we received from the Prophet Muhammad Mustafa, Hazrat Ali, Hazrat Hussein, and Caferi Sadik “that the atom can split, and if it breaks, and  falls on Baghdad, Baghdad will be destroyed.”

When we combine all this data, the correspondence between Einstein and Burujardi and this formula are completely similar to Einstein’s inspiration.

The articles he wrote on the theory of relativity that made Einstein famous between 1902 and 1905 also attracted the attention of the Ottoman Sultan of the time. Sultan Abdul Hamid II was aware of this issue as he was aware of everything. Sultan Abdul Hamid had copies of Einstein’s articles taken from his house through his intelligence network and brought to Istanbul.

The Sultan had the articles reviewed by two people. One was Ahmed Hilmi Efendi from Filibe, who is the author of the book Amak-ı Hayal. He was a master in subjects such as mathematics, physics, and metaphysics. He is also the Shazeli Sheikh.

The other was Ahmed Süreyya Emin Efendi, the Sheikh of Kadiri and advisor to Sultan Abdul Hamid II who invented the quick-fire cannon. These two significant individuals presented a report to the Sultan after examining Einstein’s articles. After the Sultan read the report, he also made the following statement. “E = mc² is an Islamic formula.”

It was a rainy day when Bâyezîd-i Bistâmî left his home for Friday prayers and made his way to the mosque. The showers came in a heavy downpour and the road was very muddy.

He decided to rest against the wall of a house until the rain stopped. Not wanting to bring all that mud even into entrance of the mosque, he cleaned his shoes by rubbing them against the wall of the house.

Once the rain had slowed, he continued on his way to the mosque. The, he remembered that he cleaned his shoes on the wall of the house belonging to a zoroastrian. He became regretful and thought to himself:

-How can I perform the Friday prayer without apologizing and getting his blessing? How can I be here listening to the call of Allah-subahanahu wa T’ala when I dirtied someone’s wall so thoughtlessly?

So he went back and knocked on the man’s door.

The man opened the door:

-Yes? How may I help you? do you need anything?
-I came here to apologise said Bayezid i bistami

The zoroastrian was surprised and asked:
– apologise? Apologize for what?

And he answered:
-I dirtied your walls by rubbing my muddy shoes against them. This was very wrong of me to do.
I am sorry. The heavy rain made me forget my manners.

The zoroastrian asked with astonishment:

-But why would this bother me or harm my house?
Our walls are already covered in mud.

The mud on your shoes wouldn’t make my house much dirtier. it’s really not a big deal.

But Bâyezîd-i Bistâmi replied:
-Yes but, it’s your right as it’s your house and I should have asked your consent.

The zoroastrian asked:
-Where did you learn such excellent manners and respect?

We learn from our religion, Islam, our Holy book the Quran and from our Prophet, Muhammad (Aleyhi Salatu Vesselam)

The zoroastrian thought to himself:
-Perhaps I should embrace this religion?

Then he took the shahadah, the Islamic testimony of faith, and became a Muslim.

Moulana Jalaalud Deen Rumi (1207-1273)




Come, no matter what you are,
Whether atheist or sun worshipper.
Whether you’ve backslid a thousand times,
Come, no matter what you are.


Immigrated from Belkh, he got familiar with doctrines of visited places such as Mecca, Medina, Nishabur, Aleppo, Baghdat and Damascus. After Karaman visit he came to Konya and settled there. He is known as Moulana (our master) in the East and as Rumi (Anatolia) in the West.


Moulana as known as Rumi was born in the city of Belkh where it is now in border of Afghanistan in 1207 as a son of Sultânü’l-Ulema- Sultan of the Scholars Muhammed Bahaeddîn Veled and Mümine Hatun. When Rumi had immigrated from Belkh, he got familiar with doctrines of visited places such as Mecca, Medina, Nishabur, Aleppo, Baghdat and Damascus.


After Karaman visit he came to Konya and settled there. He is known as Moulana (our master) in the East and as Rumi (Anatolia) in the West.


Rumi studied with the great scholar and Sufi Burhaneddin in Konya. Rumi’s discipline was focused on divine love, consciousness of Allah and tolerance which are the foundations of Sufism.


“Everyone became my friend from his own opinion; none sought out my secrets from within me”


Rumi met great thinker Shems-i Tebrizi in 1244 Shems-i Tebrizi who enlightened spiritually and matured Rumi. He had an important role in the life of Rumi and Rumi’s ideas that spread around the world, leaves a deep impression. They focused on divine discussions together, spent their times in divine talks and opened their hearts with Sema rituals. When Rumi’s friends and students became jealous, Shems went to Damascus. Rumi felt very deep grief after Shems leaving. According to the many sources his son Sultan Veled brought back Shems from Damascus. Besides that jealousy arose once again caused to Shems dissapearances. Did he leave the city or was he murdered, all questions about his dissapearance still remains a mystery.


Rumi died in 1273 in Konya where he had spent most of his life and studied all his works and where his tomb lies today.


When Rumi passed away at the age of 66, he had left worldwide known works as Mathnawi, Divan-ı Kebir, Mecalis-i Seba, Mekt and Fihi ma fih behind. In the year 2007 was appointed as the year of Moulana by UNESCO because of his 800th birthday anniversary. By this announcement lots of events had been organised for memorialise Rumi.


Mathnawi as known as Masnavi is a book of poetry that each amount to about 25,000 verses. Rumi’s Masnavi is widely recognized as the greatest Sufi poem and a monument of spiritual wisdom. Masnavi which expresses intelligent spirit, love of God and mysticism, was written in couplets and collected into six large volumes.


Different verses from this great masterpiece:
“The one who realizes his own fault matures very fast.”
“A tap in the house is better than a river outside.”
“ The one boiled with sweets will be sweet and the one kneaded with bitter will be bitter.”
“Human being sold himself for a low price, he was precious cloth but became a patch for a cloak.”
“The one who gets rid of immaturity and gets mature will not spoil forever.”
“The one who doesn’t make friend with the good, will certainly be with the bad.”
“The seeker will eventually find what has been looking for whether he goes fast or slow.”
“There are so many people who don’t know they are in the river and ask for water from others.”
Rumi’s 7 Advices are known as:
In generosity and helping others be like a river.
In compassion and grace be like the sun.
In concealing others’ faults be like the night.
In anger and fury be like the dead.
In modesty and humility be like the earth.
In tolerance be like a sea.
Either exist as you are or be as you look.

3 Question 1 Answer



A group of philosophers went to Hadrath Moulana Jalaalud Deen Rumi. They said that they wanted to ask some questions. Hadrath Moulana sent them to Shams-i Tabrizi. When they arrived Hadrath Shams-i Tabrizi was at the masjid, teaching students how to do tayammum with a mud-brick.

The Philosophers told him that they wanted to ask three questions. Shams-i Tabrizi said:

They chose a leader. He was going to ask the questions. And he started to ask.
-You say that Allah is present, but we can’t see Him, show Him to us and then we will believe.

Shams-i Tabrizi said:
-Ask your next question!

He said:
-You say that the devil is created from fire, then you say that he will be punished with fire, can fire hurt fire?

-Ask your next question!

-You say that everyone will get their reward after life and be punished for what they’ve done. Let people do what they want!

Shams-i Tabrizi took the mud-brick and hit the man’s head in response. The Philosophers that came to ask the questions, went to
a Kadi (Muslim judge) and made a complaint.

He said:
-I just asked questions and he hit my head.
Shams-i Tabrizi said:
-I just answered his questions.

The Kadi wanted an explanation. Shams-i Tabrizi started to explain:
-My Efendi, he said that he’ll believe in Allah if I show Him. Now I want this philosopher to
show his headache.
That man surprisingly said:
-It aches but I can’t show it.

Shams-i Tabrizi:
-Allah is present, but He can’t be seen. Then he asked me how fire can hurt the devil. I hit him with soil.
The soil hurt his head. However, he was created from soil.

Then he said ”Let people do what they want! You can’t seek rights because of these.” to me. I just wanted to hit that mud-brick on his head, and I did. Why is he seeking his right? He shouldn’t! If we are seeking our rights for little issues in this world, then why can’t we seek our rights for the eternal afterlife? That philosopher was very embarassed and couldn’t say a word.

In days of the past, a Muslim in Bursa built a fountain once called Yahudilik Junction, today, it’s called Arap Sukru.

He inscribed above that: “Halal to everyone but Muslims!” Since Bursa was the capital, the Ottoman Empire intervened and questioned what kind of fitna was this.

The man was forcefully brought to the judge. He was asked why a Muslim would build a fountain only to forbid other Muslims to drink from its water? The judge stood up and asked: “What kind of fitna is this?

You build a fountain for charity, and yet you forbid its water to the Muslims; in a country where people’s religion is Islam, in a state where the people are Muslims. Have you lost your mind?”

The man answered: “Pardon me, indeed there is a reason, though it needs proving.” Hearing this answer, the judge got even more angry: “What proof, what evidence? This is obviously fitna, and you disturbed our Muslim community. You must be executed!”

But the judge was curious, “What was the reason?” he asked. The man answered:

“I can only say it to the Sultan.” He was taken to the Sultan.

The Sultan was also annoyed by the incident, but he too was curious.

The Sultan told him: “Say what it is you came to say. How dare you build this fountain and forbid its water to all Muslims and let non-Muslims use it?”.

The man, with his head low, answered: “I have a reason, but it must be demonstrated.”

“What if your reasoning isn’t as reasonable as you think?” asked the Sultan.

“Then my neck is thinner than hair for the ruling, my Sultan,” the man said.

The Sultan asked what was needed. The man said: “Detain a rabbi from a synagogue and keep him for a week. Then see what happens.” What he said was done.

All minorities came together, the Jews leading them spoke:

“What’s the reason for this cruelty? We vouch for our rabbi, he is innocent. Tell us what needs to be done, if necessary, we will pay his bail.” Even ambassadors from neighbouring countries came and delivered dozens of letters. After a week, the rabbi was released and minorities were happy. Then came all the thanks and presents for the Sultan. After a while, the man asked the Sultan to do the same, but this time with a priest from a church. The priest was brought by force from the Sunday ritual and this time people reacted even more intensely. After a week, he was released, bringing the Sultan even more gifts, even more thanks… Levantines came together by the happiness of reuniting with their priest.

The Sultan asked: “Are we done?” The man answered: “Just one more, my Sultan, and then you’ll see.”

“What do you need?” asked the Sultan.

“My Efendi, take the Imam from our capital, Bursa, who is most loved, listened and trusted, take him from his mimbar.”

What the man said was done; the Imam was taken by force from the Grand Masjid of Bursa in the middle of his Friday khutba. Then, what happened? Not even a single soul realised he was gone, no one asked where he was. No one asked them: “What is up with you? You could at least wait for the khutba to end.”

After a week, still, no one was asking any questions about him. Then, a gossip erupted among the people. Everyone started saying: “We thought he was a decent man, we listened to him, made him our Imam…”

“Allah knows what he did to be taken in!”

“What a pity! All those congregational salahs I participated in, under his lead, what a waste!”

The Sultan, the Imam and the man were only watching what was going on.

Eventually the Sultan asked the man that built the fountain: “Now what?”

The man answered: “It’s time to release him and also apologize.”

The Sultan agreed and ordered what the man said to be done.

The man spoke with his head low: “O, great Sultan, please tell me, can water be halal to Muslims like that?”

The Sultan smiled painfully:

“Even the air is haram, even the air!” he said.

The Mad Man



A mad man entered the Masjid, he thought about praying, but he didn’t stay, he looked around curiously. He looked at each corner carefully, and then ran out quickly.


He came back to the Masjid again, this time with the timbers tied on his back and began to perform the prayer with the people in the Masjid. But, with timbers on his back he performed his prayer with a lot of difficulty. As he sat down on the ground, the timbers fell down and the noise disturbed the people. Finally, the prayer ended, but every one started to talk about the situation and got angry. Everybody started to move, and even the Imam heard about the conversations.


The Imam lived in the same neighborhood as the mad man, he knew him more or less. He approached him tenderly and said:
“My son you cannot perform prayers with the timbers on your back, what did you do? Look, you both bothered yourself and the people around you, come again without a load, okay?”
The mad man who heard this asked:
“Isn’t this your custom?”
“What custom? the Imam said.


The people gathered, watched them curiously.
This time, the mad man said:
“I came to pray in the Masjid, I looked for a suitable place for myself,I saw that everyone had something on their back. I guessed that was a custom,I came with these timbers, so why are you mad at me? Be mad at everyone, not only at me!”


The Imam was surprised:
“Was there something on my back, too?”
“Yes”he said. “Your back was full of a heavy load!”
The people said that he was just a crazy man, they started to laugh.
The mad man stepped forward this time and shouted with an joy like a child, pointing to them one by one and said:


“Look, there was a boy with a blue eye on his back, a big apple tree on this man’s back.”
A broken door, a dish in a pot, fried chicken, a brunette woman with green eyes, an elderly mother…
Then he shook his head and with both hands and desperately said;
“There was something on everyone’s back!” he repeated.
When he said that, everyone looked at each other in surprise!


It was exactly true because someone was thinking about his child to be born in prayer, someone was thinking about his fruit tree,
one was thinking about repairing his door, the other one was thinking about the dinner to cook in the restaurant. One was hungry, he was thinking about the chicken. One was thinking about the woman he loved and the other one was thinking about his mother who was in need of care.


“So tell me what did I have? the Imam said anxiously this time.
He said:
“I am most surprised at you! There was a big cow on your back!”


Because the Imam’s cow was sick, he thought during the prayer that “Will it live or die?”


Don’t underestimate the crazy or insane or mad person; they know what we do not know, they see what we don’t see and they hear what we don’t hear. They see the world with their hearts.
